    Choose the reason for your visit and pay your doctor's consultation fee, shown up front, through a secure payment provider.

  2. 2. Share your history

    Answer a short, focused set of guided questions, or record a voice note in your own words instead. This is always your choice.

  3. 3. Safety screening

    Your responses are checked against physician-approved safety rules. If anything looks urgent, you're told clearly to seek immediate care rather than wait.

  4. 4. Your doctor reviews everything

    Your doctor personally reviews your complaint and history before your consultation starts.

  5. 5. Your consultation

    Meet with your doctor by video, audio, or text — whichever you prefer. Your doctor asks follow-up questions and reaches a clinical assessment.

  6. 6. Prescription & follow-up

    If appropriate, your doctor issues a prescription or referral and lets you know if a follow-up is needed. Your doctor — never the technology — makes that decision.
